Base64 is a freeware way of encoding 8-bit characters using only ASCII printable characters similar to UUENCODE. UUENCODE embeds a filename where BASE64 does not. You will see BASE64 used in encoding digital certificates, in encoding user:password string in an Authorization: header for HTTP. The spec is described in RFC 2045. When I downloaded my copy, I found both UTF8 and Unicode options unavailable to me. So, I deleted everything about it (as far as I know). I would be interested in receiving something that I as a NON-programmer can use to convert databases in Visual FoxPro and Lotus and MS Works to UTF8. That certainly would be most welcome, if losslessness is certain.
 Could not use it as my files are in DTF forma I could not use this program as it did not support conversion of DTF files.If you have any specific program that does that, please let me know, I would be interested.ThanksRamesh

Opinion. It is a nice software no use microsoft office it's all about time saving and size. It is easy to work.
 Can`t make it work Couldn't get it to work. Downloaded viewer, attempted to use it but nothing happened. Couldn't find instructions to make it work. Just not astute enough.

Diappointment When I googled for file recovery, your program was listed as free. I downloaded it, spent a lot of time, got it to scan my directory and got a long list of files of the name of the file I wanted recovered. At the end of this process, when I tried to recover these, I was told I had to buy the program to carry on. I regard this as cheating.
